We live in an age of constant disruption. Businesses need to look further ahead than ever in order to prepare for the impact that new technologies, trends, and societal shifts will have on their business. From artificial Intelligence, robotics, and virtual reality to the introduction of millennials into the workforce (with generation Z not far behind) – organizations that want to survive must understand what changes are coming and how to prepare and transform their business for the new world. At this roundtable Thomas W. Malone, Founding Director of the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence and Co-Director of the MIT Initiative on “Inventing Organizations of the 21st Century” will be our guest thought leader. He will outline a vision of the future world based on hyperconnectivity of humans and organizations augmented and empowered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the new organizational structures. Such human-machine collaborations will think and act smarter, reaching new levels of productivity and pushing the boundaries of human and organizational achievement.
